NannyPro has conducted a thorough screening during our Onboarding process. Our pool includes Singaporeans, SPRs, and valid pass holders from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a qualified match for your family.
At NannyPro, we carefully match nannies based on their skills and availability to fit your requested schedule. You’ll receive 1–2 nanny profiles for review, and once you decide to proceed, we highly recommend a 3-day paid work trial. This trial ensures both you and the nanny have the opportunity to build confidence and assess compatibility.
This trial period allows both you and the nanny to build confidence, assess compatibility, and ensure the arrangement is the right fit.
To secure the work trial, payment is required before the start date.
As part of our streamlined process, we no longer arrange face-to-face interviews. However, if you prefer an online or phone interview before the trial, we’re happy to accommodate!
Following a successful work trial, NannyPro provides an engagement agreement detailing the terms, including fees, hours, and benefits. Clients are required to confirm their acceptance to proceed with the service.
Nannies are assigned on a rolling 20-day (4-week) basis, ensuring consistency and reliability. To facilitate seamless planning, clients are encouraged to specify their preferred engagement duration, whether short-term or long-term.
