We engaged NannyPro on an adhoc basis as it was an off day at infant care and both parents had to work. Nanny Siew Choo was careful and adaptable to our 10 month-old’s needs and entertained with play and activities. She was proactive in finding areas where she could help and even prepared porridge that our baby enjoyed. It was an absolute pleasure using NannyPro! They were very responsive to our request for a travel nanny and made it seamless for us to schedule someone. When we had wanted to extend the hours last minute (during the weekend booking) we were very pleasantly surprised that they were willing to accomodate the change. There were multiple payment options that worked for us, non-singaporeans. Last but not least, Nanny Lyn was a gem, she was professional and courteous. Most importantly she was thoughtful with her questions and cared for our kids well during a tricky period (evening mealtime and bedtime).
