As contracted employees, our nannies provide exclusive, consistent care tailored to your family's needs. Each nanny undergoes thorough screening, medical clearance, and structured training to ensure they are well-prepared based on their skills, availability, and commute.
Monthly Care Arrangements, offering both full-time and part-time care options.
For full-time care, the commitment is 40–45 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday, with 8–9 working hours per day.
For part-time care, the schedule ranges from 12 to 20 hours per week, with a requirement of at least 4 hours per day for 3 to 5 days per week.
A minimum commitment of one month is required, following a fixed schedule with the option to renew on a monthly basis.
Regarding engagement duration, short-term care ranges from 1 to 3 months, while long-term care extends to 6 months or more. Commitments of one year or longer are subject to an annual fee review.
These care arrangements are designed to provide structured support, ensuring continuity and stability in caregiving.

To ensure consistency and familiarity for your child, we prioritize assigning the same nanny whenever possible. In the event of unavailability, a suitable replacement will be arranged to maintain the quality of care.

Visiting Singapore for work or leisure and need a reliable sitter? Or facing an urgent situation requiring immediate child care? Our Ad-Hoc Care service provides on-demand child care based on your specific dates and times.
Our professional nannies and babysitters offer care on a per-session basis, with each session requiring a minimum of 4 hours. Sessions can be scheduled in advance, while urgent requests (within 48 hours) are subject to availability and adjusted rates.
To confirm your booking, payment must be made directly to NannyPro—no cash payments to nannies are required.
