Book A Care FAQ-NannyPro

Here are some common questions we hear from our parents!

NannyPro provides personalized matching services, aligning your care needs with our nannies’ availability and capabilities. We carefully assess your requirements and assign a qualified nanny, whose profile you can review before confirming engagement. As many of our nannies have regular commitments, placement may take time—we appreciate your patience in finding the right caregiver for your family. To ensure the good fit, we recommend a three-day trial before making a commitment.

Fee Structure
Our fees vary based on your care requirements, and a tailored quote will be provided. Once the quote is accepted, we will proceed with assigning a suitable nanny.

(A) Full-Time & Part-Time Regular Care
A one-time engagement fee of 20% based on the nanny’s regular monthly fee, applicable for the first month only.
Nanny’s fee is a range and based on nanny’s experience and capabilities.

(B) Ad-Hoc Care
Charged at an hourly rate with no engagement fee.
For urgent requests (within 48 hours), a 20% urgent fee applies for the first day.

Click on any “Book A Care” button for a no-obligation quote—no platform fee is required upon submission.

We will follow up within 1 to 3 working days. For urgent care requests within 48 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Regular engagements typically take 2–4 weeks to process.
For ad-hoc care, please contact us at least 2 working days in advance to avoid urgent fees.

Depending on your location, proximity and requirements, we will update you on the status of your request within 2-3 working days.

Commitment varies by care arrangement:
Regular Engagement (Preferential Package): Minimum 1 month (20 weekdays, Mon-Fri)
Ad-Hoc Engagement: Minimum 1 session (4 hours)

For full-time regular engagement, standard hours are 8 AM – 6 PM (9–10 hours max per MOM regulations). Extended hours beyond 6 PM require an adjusted fee and nanny’s agreement.

For part-time regular engagement, start and end times are flexible based on your request.

*Fees are automatically adjusted if care is given outside of these hours.

Yes, for full-time/part-time regular engagement, a 1-month (20 weekdays) commitment is required. Upon a successful trial, NannyPro will extend the service engagement detailing fees, responsibilities, and entitlements.

The assigned nanny is a NannyPro employee, ensuring consistency in caregiving. NannyPro manages her salary, CPF contributions, and welfare benefits.

At NannyPro, both nannies and childminders provide consistent childcare but differ in their roles and work arrangements.
Nanny – Provides in-home care at the family's residence, offering personalized and dedicated support based on the child’s routine. Nannies may work full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc and are directly assigned to your family.

Childminder – Cares for children in her own home, offering a structured yet home-like environment. Childminders often care up to 3 children at once and provide a social setting for interaction.

Both are trained caregivers, but the choice depends on the family’s preference for home-based individual care (nanny) or a group setting at the caregiver’s home (childminder)
