Yes. It is compulsory for us to meet up face to face to establish whether you are a suitable fit, and importantly to get to know you personally.

Yes. As you are caring for infants and children, it is important that you are in the pink of health. For all carers,, we expect that you keep your immunisation record up to date.

Do refer to our onboarding process, all our carers go through mandatory requirements eg medical screening, infant’s 1st aid certificate and WSQ food hygiene and safety course.

Yes. It is essential for our new onboard carers to keep abreast of knowledge and best practices up-to-date.

NannyPro respects nanny’s preferred schedule and your care abilities.. We will try our best to fit depending on proximity and work hours. We will assign the details for your acceptance

You will be considered a staff member of NannyPro, unless otherwise discussed.

Yes. You are expected to travel to the client's residence (i.e. residential homes, hotel, service apartment, corporate function). NannyPro will brief you in detail once you are assigned to the care assignment.

It depends on the assignment.. The salary can be on a gross monthly basis on 20 weekdays. We will share in advance the salary once the care assignment has been confirmed.

You are required to attend to the infant's basic chores like sterilizing the milk bottles, washing the baby clothes, and cleaning up the play area.

We often advise our nanny to listen first, follow parent’s instructions to align expectations. Suggestion can be given, however parties have to work together to agree.
